This document identifies the correct service replacement part number for crankshaft and camshaft position sensors.
Reason for Change
Engines can receive one of two position sensor part numbers in production, however only one part number can be used for service.
Service Instruction
Engines initially built with part number 5492132 will use part number 5491326 for service replacements. Engines initially built with part number 5491326 will continue using the same part number. See Table 1 below.
